1:40 p.m.         Request that the Eastern Band of Cherokee Indians urge the Bureau of Indian Affairs to fulfill its fiduciary duty to tribes and perform all cadastral surveys regarding Indian Trust Land boundaries and that the Bureau of Indian Affairs work in collaboration with tribes in performing such surveys by receiving tribal input and maintaining all original field work notes as legal records (Item No. 20)


1:50 p.m.         Acknowledgement of the salary of former Principal Chief Jonathon L. Taylor, and that he is entitled to “full and irrevocable vested rights in the executive retirement plan and the amount set for the Executive Pension”, and shall be set at the annual amount of $30,214.60 as is specified under Tribal Law (Item No. 21)
