THANKS TO AMERICAN LEGION

Our thanks to American Legion Post 143 for their Veteran’s Day program held on Monday, Nov. 11 at the Fairgrounds.  The event was well attended by many veterans, their families and community members.  Congratulations to the women honored as Women in Leadership roles.  Congratulations also to the Police, Fire and EMS members who were recognized for their outstanding service.

Most of all, thanks to the many men and women who have served our country, to those who gave their lives to help us maintain our freedom and to those who continue to serve as our protectors.  We ask that you keep these men and women and their families in your thoughts and prayers daily as they risk their lives to serve our country.
