Nov. 12-14 from 9am – 4:30pm each day in Webster. This is for individuals who want to learn neutral ways to mediate conflict in their workplaces, families, churches, community organizations and neighborhoods. The fee of $195 for the three-day training covers all materials, the training, and the snacks and beverages provided throughout the day. Lunch is on your own. Mountain Mediation Services serves the Qualla Boundary as well as Cherokee, Clay, Graham, Haywood, Jackson nand Swain counties. Those interested in volunteering may be reimbursed for the cost of the training or request a scholarship. The registration deadline is Monday, Nov. 4.
