The below schedule of Court Costs is approved and promulgated effective March 1.
COURT COSTS:
* Criminal/Traffic/Infraction Court Costs – $190
* Probation Fee – $200
* Civil Filing Fee (Custody, Divorce, Money Owed $5,000 and over, etc.) – $150
* Small Claims Fee (Repo, Eviction, Money Owed $4,999.99 and under, etc.) – $100
* Civil Appeal Fee – $250
* Criminal Appeal Fee – $0
* Appeal Transcript Deposit – $300
* Estate Filing Fee – $100
* Special Proceedings Filing Fee (Name Change, Power of Attorney, etc.) – $100
* Record Check – $25
* Administrative Fee for Garnishment (In addition to any Finance Office fees) – $20
* Service Fee (other than Tribal) – $15
