Room naming opportunities available at Hospital

The Cherokee Indian Hospital Foundation is now able to offer dedication and room naming, area or hall naming opportunities to the Cherokee community.  This allows community members to adopt a room, hall, or area, and name it in honor or in memory of a loved one, or sponsored by a business or service club.

With your gift of a room dedication, you can…

  • Receive a plaque with your name or personal inscription in front of your dedicated room to acknowledge your gift,
  • Induction into the Kituwah level of giving with your name on a presentation at the entrance.
  • Your name prominently listed at the top level of giving for the Cherokee Indian Hospital Foundation on promotions, websites, etc.
  • Tax receipt and thank you letter.
  • Personal call and note from the Chairman of the Board of Trustees and CEO.
  • Acknowledgement in a media release sent to all media with-in 100 mile radius.  Set-up of photo opportunity.
  • Photo and mention in the Foundation’s electronic Annual Report, which is distributed to all donors.
  • Photo in the Hospital’s internal newsletter to staff and community.
  • Tour and demonstration of equipment to donor (and family), or donor organization’s membership. Tour and ribbon cutting of named space/room.
  • Picture of check presentation/equipment and a thank you plaque, which can be displayed at donor’s location (i.e. home, place of business, organizational headquarters).
  • Our heartfelt gratitude for your generous support

All funds benefit the Cherokee Indian Hospital Foundation.  Opportunities are limited to 10 years with renew options available. Info: 497-913, ex. 207, or email jody.bradley@cherokeehospital.org
