Tagan Crowe (left) and his sister Madison (right), shown at the Annual Cherokee High School Art Show with Cherokee Central Schools assistant superintendent Bud Smith, joined in an effort to create a composition in oil entitled “Crowsnest”. The study of this composition was sold at the Annual Student Art Show at the Heard Museum in Arizona by Tagan. Madison has the honor of her art being placed on stationary to be sold at the Heard Museum. Her art was also selected to represent Cherokee High School at the Congressional Art Exhibit in Washington. Tagan placed first with an acrylic composition at the State Beta Club Conference in Greensboro. He will be traveling to compete in the National Beta Club Convention June 23-26 in Louisville, KY.
