The WNC Crush 8 and under baseball team, which includes several EBCI tribal members, finished 2nd in the USSSA Strike Out Tournament at the International Sports Complex in Canton on June 29-30. The team advanced to the championship game by overcoming a 10 run deficit sparked by a flurry of base hits and a three-run run home run over the left field wall by Zeb Fisher.
